Mystery Truck

Just got back from a week in Yuma, AZ. Spotted a "mystery truck" a couple of blocks from my mother-in-law's house. Nobody around so I snapped a few photos. I was able to figure out what it was. Anybody else know? The interior provides a clue.

But since that one's Canadian, I think it's more likely that it's from this one, much closer to Yuma:

What isn't clear is how or if the two companies are connected. I also found other sites selling these kits with no origin identified.

Rick Hansen started making them in Phoenix in 1996. Kreative sort of partnered with him, marketing and building turn key. Hansen still builds them on his molds. I'm guessing they gave Haler Canadian rights, but they do offer it to USA buyers. If it is the same Hansen body and they buy it from Hansen/Kreative, they could not sell it cheaper than Kreative in U.S. Anyway, not my cup or tea or C.C.
