Bought the Fel-Pro gaskets set from a guy out of Oregon but it did not come with the rubber strips , Like in the picture if anybody knows where to get these I would be really a great help

Fel-Pro does not include those anymore with the rear main seal kits. They give you a length of pipe cleaner and some black silicone gasket maker. The instructions state to apply silicone to the pipe cleaner and push them into the slots after installing the bearing cap. Cut the ends of the pipe cleaner off after the silicone sets.

Did the kit have the pipe cleaner in it? Squirt a little in silicone the slot first and coat the pipe cleaner well before you push them in, making sure you get them in all the way.

Pipe cleaners should be dipped in water before installing with silicone. As per felpro.
