Out, Dang Flywheel!

I'm trying to get this dad-burn flywheel off and there ain't enough boy in these britches to get it off with a wrench. I tried an impact too at max torque and it didn't even budge. I've sprayed it now with PB Blaster but I wanted to make sure there isn't some lock ring or cotter pin or something oddball that I'm missing? Glue? JB Weld? :lolflag:

Usually nothing special holding it on there...

...and since the clutch is out the engine should turn before you get too much steam on it. I'm guessing you already figured that out?
I can't remember If you can get a socket on them? If not interlock two wrenches to get more torque.
:goodluck:

The socket fits easy through the bellhousing hole with the tranny and clutch out. I'll try again with the impact after the PB sets a bit. If it doesnt pop out I'll put a 3 ft pipe on it and HUUUUUUHHH!!!! I found a place that will resurface it for $50.

Thanks!

Be careful! ...that would not be an easy bolt to drill out and the crankshaft is not a place I would want to booger up threads!:noway:

She's out! Here's the beast it took to do it. I twisted off a 3/8 extension in the process, but she's getting resurfaced today or else!

Be glad it was the ⅜" extension and not one of those bolts...
