I was planning on using Por 15 as my primer, but I'm reading up on it tonight in a mad information overload and it's looking like consensus is DP90 instead of Por 15 for a bare metal primer. I'm wanting something I can bang with a hammer and it'll be tough, but dang - DP 90 is 60.00 a quart!
Is there gold in it or somethin?
What would you use on the bare metal?
