Default Re: Kanter rebuild kits

So, I got a super helpful response from Kanter......

"Hi, we sell individual engine parts. You can view our on-line catalog or
e-mail your mailing address for a catalog."

To which I've asked what I thought was a reasonable question:

"Hello,
If you don't have the rebuild kit in stock, then why is it still listed?
Also, when you say that you sell individual parts, does that mean you still have everything in stock for what a person would need for a rebuild? Still referring to a 1961 305D"

Proving some folks don't believe in customer service anymore (it's a pet peeve of mine, as that's a large part of my job), he's come back with the following:

"View our on-line catalog. What is listed, should be in stock."

I mean yea, I take his point. But, some folks just aren't built to be helpful.

Anyway, I just thought I'd let y'all know that I've come up with bupkis.
