Clutch master cylinder??
Greetings.
I am not sure this is the correct place for the question/request. If not, please point me to the correct one. I started up my 401M powered RM-7500 school bus chassis (Motorhome), and discovered the clutch pedal went to the floor, and stayed there. I had a similar occurrence many years ago, and I pulled the frame rail mounted master cylinder, honed it and found seals for it. Bleeding that system was real beast, with nearly 30 feet of tubing to the slave cylinder. I don't know if it can be honed again, so I am wondering how I would beging looking for a new master cylinder, if needed. If I am lucky, the problem might be the old slave cylinder. Thanks, Rod Johnson WE7X@aol.com Issaquah, WA P.S. I had a new batch of the Custom Spacer Sleeve kits machined, for the Buick V-6 HEI distributor conversions. |
