Both PVC valves and paper element can be purchased at reliable parts stores.
I got the paper element referred to above at Napa.
Item: Crankcase Ventilation Filter (Gold)
Product Number: FIL 2718

I am sure I also got the two PCV valves as well, but don't recall the part number. However, there are part numbers on the site here: http://6066gmcguy.com/partnumbers.html

Thanks for the information I have already ordered one of the filters from NAPA and that is where I got my oil filter. I have only had my 64 about 3 months and I am planning on getting an off frame restoration done on it starting in September 2015.

I'm very well aware othat there is one PCV in each cylinder head, just was in a hurry to respond to the post and not double checking for mistakes

Awesome. Be sure to put up some pics for us as you go through the process.

Mine needs some body and paint work for sure, but my wife and daughter have grown attached to it's worn out look.

I looked last night and the only crankcase ventilation I find on my 305e is the canister one with the replaceable filter at the back of the drivers side head. If there is one in each head otherwise I would appreciate it if someone could post a picture for me to see. Thanks

PCV is between 1st and 2nd set of valves/rocker arms towards the center of the engine.
