Default What headers to use?

I have a 1960 gmc with a first gen 400 sbc power plant. Engine has the original ram horns exhaust manifolds. I would like to install headers. I can't find any info for style/brand to fit. I'm thinking hugger headers to get past the frame. Thanks JOE.

Do you realize that the whole purpose of this site is about 1960-66 GMC trucks that were built with GMC's own 305 and 351 V6 engines not Chevy engines other than Canadian models and inline six models. It's about preserving these rare trucks rather than crossbreeding them with the run of the mill sbc engines, which you obviously have and doesn't even look like a GMC with that Chevy hood and no grille. Your best is to find a Chevy site

Hey Quicksilver how do you know they're the original exhaust ram horns? I don't think the 305 exhaust will fit on a 400.

Do you mean the original 400 engine's ram horns?

Some people are like slinkys. Not worth much but funny as heck when pushed down stairs.
