She done good. Ol V6 is a torque monster.

I love it TJ! To me that's what owning old GMC's is all about---keeping them working! Mine get worked and ain't real pretty either. The name "Crustine" is awesome--Thanks for the work pics!

Thanks for the reply! lol Yeah...I bought this one particularly for my work. My 66 Chevy is gonna be the perrty DD. Plan on restoring quite a few though. Who knows..this one may get a nice resto to. But for now as long as she's running good I'm gonna keep it like it is. lol No paint to worry about scratching. Yeah...I don't know where I got "Crustine" but the name seems fitting.

TJ, yes that's a beautiful thing. Last summer, I went to the local rental place to get a trencher for some work around my house. When the guy asked how I was getting the trencher home, I said "that blue truck right there". I would love to have a picture of the guy's face when he saw the '66. Of course, the 'ol timer pulled it 60 MPH down the highway without breaking a sweat.

If they're geared right they'll pull 60 easily. lol My 64 is scary at 55...sounds like the thing is screamin!
