Well...that is the good news, at least. Check out the thread "calling all two tones" or posts from "Lineman", who is researching similar issues, and might have measurements (I would "eyeball it based on photos, but I'm "some kind of special").

I can go out to my shop and measure the hole placements on my cab. I took the emblems off a while back so the holes are already exposed. Give me a day or two.
