OK I'll start a thread for rebuilding the 60-63 vent windows

I striped out the old rubber by use of a flat thin screwdriver. Once the rubber is out, check all the rivet hole for damage. I then checked the frames for used glue, which I removed with a soft rag and some acetone. After I masked off the chrome window lock area, I sand blasted the frames and check again for hidden adhesive. The frames are over sized and hard to position in a stand SB cabinet, so it takes a creative mind.

I primed with Martin Senior Green self-etching primer, the top coat is Martin Senior Gloss Black, both can be found at NAPA, here is a hint, when you are finished with the paint, turn the can upside down and spray a bit or so you clear the tip, (I always save this tips in case you get a bad one).

I will try to install the rubber today and will let you know how it goes

More, sorry for the sideway pic, don't know why. I can't remember which way the rubber seats, need a little research

does the rivet go in from this side? Seems like the tail will be in the channel
