Hey all, does anyone know what this seat is out of? I was told an old suburban, but I doubt it since the legs are too tall. I bought it for $35 figuring I could modify the base and reupholster it to match the front, just in case I can't find a reasonably priced original for my suburban. Thanks.

My guess is either a pre-1960 Suburban or possibly a 60-66 Suburban converted to a school bus with a raised roof.
