I have a couple of 702 v12,s that the piston is stamped cam 3032. What does that mean?

It might just be a part number. See this Yamaha

http://www.ebay.com/itm/YAMAHA-OUTBOARD-PISTON-ASSY-70-HP-1984-91-020-oversize-3032P2-/261937474740?rmvSB=true

Usually the oversize markings are like this "0.30" under or over the part number.

the piston is stamped .020 and then it is stamped cam 0332, I posted 3032 that was wrong . I understand the .020, but can not figure out cam 0332. I will call a machine shop that worked on these back in the day. Bob
