Anyone have any info on spitfire? I got around to cleaning off the stamped number pad on front of block and it's a 351E. My spare motor is a 305 E.

Evidently it was a 351E short block , by the looks of the intake manifolds and smaller diameter exhaust manifold this engine has the smaller port heads rather than the usual large port Magnum heads found on 351E engines, this puts it in the category of a 351C. Still a good upgrade over a 305.

Good news I guess? I searched for spitfire engine rebuilds but it came up with triumph stuff. Not a huge deal, just curious. Block is definitely an "E" block.
