Can someone confirm if this is the correct routing for the fuel line and what the 3rd penetration is for? Thanks.

Sending unit and fuel pickup is one unit, so only one hole for fuel line to go to carb. (rear big hole) Other big hole is for seat belt bolt/tie down? Can't read the manual, if it says or not. Other pages of manual may show something assembled into those holes.

Large for hard line (fuel line) small for electrical (fuel gauge) was my guess. Can’t find anything in the manual. Went through it twice.

Just now edited my post. The sender wire never leaves inside of cab. Travels towards drivers side, down under floor sill and along kick panel to gauge. Fuel line hole needs big grommet (http://www.classictruck.com/product/1960_1972_Grommet_for_fuel_line_through_floor_GMT-26/1967-72_Trucks_Gas_Tank_and_Fuel_Items?gclid=CjwKCAiAgc-ABhA7EiwAjev-jyfnwqoK-smE4vY3wyaeAHdLsRO7Vpl3UtGKF1Yixizm8C02y7xxDRoCR18 QAvD_BwE)
The rear big hole for the gas line/grommet is the only hole in most 60-66 trucks.

Possibly seatbelts; good call. There was a set in there.
