6066 Crew-
I have a '63 with the 305 V6 and want to build a custom true dual exhaust. Does anyone have a good part number for the stock Y-pipe from the manifolds? I want to get a new one and modify it to make a true dual exhaust. I've searched, Googled, did a chant and can't find a proper part number. Any and all help is appreciated.

FYI, offered a Y pipe that came off a 305 V6 for $35. Asked for pics, then said he will pass. I don't know what he wants.

It is in good shape. Surface rust only. Arizona part. I would have media blasted it for you. Good luck on your project. Thanks for the response.

if you dig one out that doesn't have the collector end cut off like that I would be interested. I only want a survivor with no cuts for what I am doing

I have a very nice original Y-pipe, but it would have to come from Europe though...

Here is what a Y pipe is supposed to look like on the tailpipe end - this is what I was talking about where yours got sawed off. Most people probably don't care and would weld to that cut end on yours, but for my purpose I need to hold out for a boltable one like this example

I'm curious - on your example on what you have there looks to be a flange that bolts to ? - a muffler or a piece of exhaust pipe that extends to the muffler that slips fits to it. If you took this off your truck tell us what was bolted to the end of your Y-pipe.

These are pieces cut from a Y pipe. They were the ends that bolts to the manifold on each side.
