1966 fleetside rear bed sill removal

I need to remove the rear sill to fix some rust problems. I can see two bolts on either side. Are there more hidden bolts? I will have to cut the bolts off since they’re rusted on.

I found this link that mentions there are two spot welds on the ends. It also states GMCs did not have them.
