I have followed this sight for a long time and finally joined. I have a 63 long bed stepside. I just installed a 401M and haven't got it running yet. I have 3 305E engines as donors. I've already installed a screw on oil filter adapter and also have power steering, air conditioning, and an automatic transmission adapter kit.

Welcome to the forum, Nugget, and thanks for posting photos. Looks like you're off to a great start! Keep the photos coming of your progress with the installation of your 401, AT, and A/C.

Learned this trick from this website. 305E timing gears and a new chain. Also had to remove oil returns on sides of block where mount bolt up, plug the holes and grind smooth to clear. Installed mounting stud in passenger side. Installed 305 front cover. Sorry guys I can't get the pictures to load right side up.

I have a friend building me a 200-4R. Also have a modified van tilt column. I have been collecting parts for a few years.
