I think you could safely say that is the exact same truck. Color, modifications, '66 grill with '62 hood (or just '62 turn signal lenses)... If the seller told you it was redone in Florida, and the modifications picture has Florida plates... then that all seems to check out.
You would have to contact Florida Department of Motor Vehicles (or whatever they call it there) and find out if they would be able to find previous owners in their records and share that with you. It would probably cost to do this though.
