One ton trucks have the corporate ho 72 rear not the Dana 60. It sounds like that is what you have. Also shocks were still an option in 68. The rear Upper shock mounts from a 62-72 leaf spring Chevy or gmc Will work. They have 2 rivets and one bolt holding them on. The axle bracket can come from most any solid axle.
