Thank you Barry - so is there a diagram that shows the head bolt sequence? I am sure you are supposed to tighten them in some kind of proper order - this shop is not too familiar with the things that make working on a V6 different from what you would do on a Chevrolet V8, so I need to tell them or show them - I have all the shop manuals etc if its in one of them - maybe that orange and green shop manual for 60's GMCs?
