There are other options as well depending on which spin-on housing you have, the 66-72 style can accept a longer filter for more capacity than what the specs call for. I use a Hydraulic Filter which really is the same thing except for application, Wix #51831, NAPA1831, Fram P7029, AC-Delco PF 1095 and CARQUEST 85831, it measures at 6.8 inches in length. If you get a hold of a 73-74 housing, that one will accept all those filters I just mentioned along with the Chevrolet V8 style filters that measure over 7.5 inches in length like the Wix 51794 or AC PF-832.
