Default Replacing sodium filled valves and valve rotator

OK, first of all, I am new to the forum. What brought me here, a big ol'
702 V-12. OK, I know the internal parts are 351 V-6. So, I have so few questions for the GURU's out there.

1. Can the sodium filled valves be replace, if so, what is recommended? If you have part number, that would be helpful.

2. This engine has rotators on all the valves. Is it possible to eliminate these ?
I see Comp Cams has a cup that eliminates the rotator, is it a viable option? This will not be a race engine, but will have a street cam grind. Or, does anyone have a source for the rotators?
Thanks
