I have power drums all around and used the short booster bracket to bolt it onto the bracket itself. I did it this way because I did not want to cut the brake rod mentioned in the link. Here are a few pics and hope this gives you some alternatives.
What MC are you using for the clutch? I have an OD as well


I'm looking at doing this as well and am just cluttered with too much info atm.
I want to add PB and PS but am confused with the info on early 60s GMC with the 305 manual dual MC. Dif frame etc.

Is the PS pump bracket an issue for 305 setups or can bolt ons be found? I can fab a wee bit mig as well.

Found a local cheap Hydro off and astro for $40.00 then Id have to add PS and an MC for the clutch?

Budget for both is about $500
