It's a 67 305E. The crank case breather port is plugged by a Casting Plug. On Page 1 Post 3 of this build you can see a pic of the stock setup somewhat. The air cleaner has a hose that hooked to the valve cover via a cap with a hose port.
That sounds more like the 68-74 setup. The 67 305E still had the tube running from the back of the block to the air cleaner. In 68 it was capped off in the back of the block and the breather on the right side valve cover had a breather with a hose and tube to the air cleaner.
