D478 manual transmission identification and options

Hello, I am having some difficulties with identifying the transmission that is bolted up behind my d478 engine. The transmission has bad bearings so I'm looking to replace it. I am pretty sure the transmission is an np435 Due to the inner gear structure and the outside layout. Apparently the shifter is from a Ford I also know that the GM bolt pattern for the np435 is unique. I would like to know what was installed behind the d478, and does anybody know of a company that makes an adapter plate For this transmission to a nv4500 or any 5 speed varient?
I have attached photos of the trans and bellhousing.
The input shaft has 6 1/2" stick out with a 1 1/8" 10 spline shaft with bellhousing mounting holes approximately 8 1/4" wide on top, 9" wide on bottom. 4 3/4" right side and 5" left side.
