Hello and Welcome to the Forum PBUYDENS!

Great Looking B-Model with the V-12 you inherited.

There are great links on the V-12 referenced on the Jolly Website as well as a VIN decoder.

I don't have a manual for that B7000 series, but I found a few old files with some information. Other members with more experience about these BIG Trucks and the V-12, will chime in soon enough.
