I'm also searching for a distributor for a 250 six with output to drive the tachometer.. Closest I have gotten is the 1953 and 1954 Corvette. They had a six with mechanical tach drive. Might be aftermarket stuff from the '60's still out there.. I would think that a big Chevy or GMC 3000-5000 with a 292 or 351 V6 would have the cable driven tach.. I'll keep looking.
