Probably when they drive by for new pictures. The blue on my truck is pretty bright.

A fellow from Frankfort on the 67-72 was curious to see my truck when I got it home. So I PM'd him there and said, sure it's here now- just got it in. I got a PM back- he'd seen a blue GMC (where I live) and was it mine? I said yes... he'd already seen it!
