As Cort pointed out, the cylinder wall thickness is more than enough so that safety concerns shouldn't be an issue.

I should have been clearer about that point when I talked about using the smallest possible oversize. What I meant was, if I were planning to keep the engine for a long time and drive it a lot, I would try to get the maximum number of rebores out of the block before having to replace it. This is probably a non-issue if the owner is a hobbyist rather than using the engine for a daily driver.
