That old fella's cooler than the other side of the pillow. The air cleaner would be based on the engine. Which engine is in it?

It proudly shows a V6 badge with a 2 barrel carb. My serial number I was given is starting with 6 or 7 zeros and I haven't found the actual tag on the truck yet.

I am thinking about converting the box into a food truck but im not sure how reliable these have aged so im just theories at this stage.
