Hi, I have a 1964 GMC 1000 with a 305E, just acquired and never driven it, engine requires rebuild, has been sitting for years, everything needs attention or rebuilding, although it has the original faded patina paint. Wanted to run the V6, engine had been removed and still have it, but don't have the needed rebuild parts.
Looking for insight on swapping out engine to a new 350 V8, yes I know that is not popular, but have the running V8 ready to install.
