It requires a decent auto parts guy.
You need a length of brake line, with fittings at both ends, and one of the rubber brake flex lines (like the ones to the front wheels...).
Custom bend the metal line yourself to match as closely as possible to the contours of the original. Connect one end to the clutch slave and connect the other end to the rubber line which is then connected to the master cylinder. This is what my parts guy came up with to try and replicate the original. The cheapest flex/rubber brake line works fine.
