you should not have to rebuild it again. Simply put, the inlet fitting that the fuel line screws into is the needle/seat on a WW Stromberg. Remove the fuel line, unscrew the fuel filter (if Equipped) then unscrew the fitting from the side of the bowl. Clean the rubber tip of the needle(clipped to the float) and clean out the inside of the fitting where the needle inserts into it. Reverse the process to reassemble, installing new fuel filter cartridge, and tighten up all connections.
