Pcv, egr, wth?
It looks like the PCV valves are directly in to a single intake port per head?
I can't help but think that pot is going to get extra oiling and run fuel-lean?
EGR wasn't around for these? Seems like a big engine in a lighter truck could gain some mileage and/or reduce detonation/heat tendencies?
