Default Restore or Sell 66 1000

I recently purchased a 1966 GMC fleet-side longbed with original 351 V6 and turbo-automatic transmission and factory bucket seats. A GMC dealer was in the process of restoring it but lost his dealership before it was completed. He had the engine overhauled and the truck was partially disassembled (front fenders, radiator support, bed, etc., and has been in storage several years. The cab, doors hood, and front fenders have been repainted to the original red color. I purchased the truck with several NOS parts to include body trim, GM replacement wood for bed, chrome bumpers, GMC grill emblems, shocks, etc. I have the paint removed from the bed parts and am in the process of getting the bed primed and the other parts powder coated black. The bottom line is that I am trying to decide if I want to take the plunge and complete the restoration or sell it, as is. Can anyone tell me how rare this particular truck is and how valuable it would be if restored? Thanks.
