Your Ebay seller link would be $352.95, including the $125 core charge, with free shipping, plus your cost to ship them your core.

Rock Auto (search for 1965 GMC 1000, steering gear) shows a Lares 8010 for $323.79 plus shipping, plus your cost to ship them your core.

Rock Auto also lists a Lares 18010 for $337.89, plus shipping, and apparently no core charge. (Best deal?)

Another option would be to adjust yours to tighten it up as much as possible, and just live with the steering play that most of these old trucks are known for.
