I don't think such a thing exists for these particular carburetors. There are electric choke conversion but you really have to have a carburetor that has an automatic choke housing. GMC's versions of the Bendix-Stromberg WW and WWC carburetors all had manual chokes, a GMC V6 with an automatic choke is unheard of. Now if you can find a late 60's Chrysler 318 WW carburetor that will have an automatic choke but will it accept an electric choke conversion? Overall unless you live in an area with extremely cold weather will you really need a choke on one of these engines.
