You can get the right color put into a spray can, some automotive paint stores are actually set up to do that provided that they carry Acrylic Enamel mixes that can be applied without being catalyzed. What they will do is mix the paint to the formula that applies to the GMC gray and inject it into a spray can, yes it will be pricey compared to a generic color spray can but the quality of paint is 10 times better and the match will be closer to what you have from the factory. Another alternative is the do it yourself spray can that they may sell, it's usually an aerosol cartridge with a screw on container where you reduce the paint to the proper viscosity and it's ready to spray.
