Default Bed inner wheel tubs

I remember reading a thread awhile back discussing the color of the bed tubs. Some said black others body color, then heard that different assembly plants determined the paint sequence. I found that my 64 built in the Oakland plant (last year open) did indeed have body color wheel tubs as seen on the over spray in the wheel wells. I know it isn't important to the average guy but the purists really enjoy this type of stuff.
