Any firm brush will work with POR15 - but you better be prepared to throw it away at the end of the day because there is NO GETTING IT CLEAN afterwards. In addition, any POR15 drops on concrete and clothes will be a permanent reminder of the day you painted your frame. On hands the spots wear off after four or five days. A 2-3" roller is not a bad idea either, but there just aren't as many flat areas on the frame as you would like. Spraying with a paint gun is best left to the pros.
