Default Lubrication issues

I recently purchased my second V-6; the first was sold about 20 years ago-(ton stack rack with trailing arm (weak) coil spring suspension.)) Purchased for $100, replaced timing chain; new Carter Carb; one new tire--painted wheels & mud flaps. Sold it to a lady roofer from Kansas. HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER!

Current rig does not have weak suspension or frame. It is a '63 4000 Five Yard Dump with 305 C (860 lbs I think). I just crawled under the rig to check on fuel and oil filters. Q 1: Are the fuel filter cannisters still available? Q 2 Can the huge oil filters be converted to Spin Ons? Q 3 Would ROTELLA SYN BLEND be OK??
