When I had my engine re-done they put the new seats in. My re-builder said I should use the zinc additive in the oil for the flat tappets wear on the camshaft lobs so I've been using Ams-oil syn. w/zinc with no problems. And no problems with the new style seats. It is a 230 engine, somewhere I was reading about the alcohol in the fuel could cause problems as they keep putting more in the fuel in the future even in newer vehicles.
