Les Schwab got the correct tires put on today. I asked the technician about the corrected caster angle and what not, to which he replied that he set the caster and camber according to the specifications that they have on file (2°-3°) and that he made those adjustments before putting the smaller, incorrect tires on. Therefore, it's tuned in for a level stance anyway. I drove it around a lot today and I am quite pleased with how it rides and handles.
