I used that type of bracket to make that conversion. It’s adjustable too and pretty sure I got it from a tractor supply company.

I sourced the top upper alternator adjusting bracket from a GMC V6 factory alternator application because the Generator version did not work for me.

I think the lower alternator bracket is integral to the engine plates mounted to the side of the engine for a factory alternator application. so that’s another route you may pursue but more work.
