Just my guess since you had the cluster out for bulbs change.

The connector plug into the back of the cluster. If you had this disconnected you might had disturb the pin to the print circuit board (PCB). Look at the pins (with the plug off) and see if any of them wiggle. If you do have a loose one it can be solder back on. If you don't know how to solder maybe you could bring the truck to me, I live down the road from you in Greer, SC. PM me if your interested. Even if it not the pin I can find the problem.
