Thanks for the replies. I've posted a picture of the washer than I mean.
@Funky61: I thought the 67-72 originally had a steel floor? Anyway, the picture does help out. I figured every bolt from the bedstrips was bolted to a steel crossmember, not held in place with a washer underneath the wood.
