Yeah I thought I was the only one taking rivets out what a job!!!
I think mine might be going to some thicker metal the mainframe is 5/16 thick the outer frame is a 1/4 " and then the suspension is about 5/16 it also has a inter frame where the suspension is another 1/4 "
The only way I can get them out is to cut their heads off with a scarfing tip and get the rivet red-hot and pound them out , the two frames and the suspension brackets it's a little over 1" thick,
Could almost use you and that big sledgehammer and your punch LOL
