Clutch Fan ID Help

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I'm cleaning out some old car and truck parts from restoring them with my Dad back in the 80's and 90's. I have a 5 blade clutch fan, about 19.5 inches in diameter. The number stamped on the fan blades is: PB1000-3071 H and on the fan clutch it has Delco GMC 22007640-341. This might have been from the 67 chevy p/u we fixed up but I don't know. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
