| LS swap motor mounts

Team, I have a problem that I am hoping I can get an answer to. I have a 1960 GMC and I am putting a LS 350 in it. The original 305 bracket that is welded to the frame lines up with the 350, but I can't find any motor mounts that would fit that. Any suggestions?

Hello and Welcome IERICKYP! This forum tends to be more focused on original GMC V6 trucks however... I did some quick research on the sister 67-72 truck Forum and found this link. https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...d.php?t=369663 It has basic swap information, not on an LS, but an early 350. The truck is also a 1960 and had those welded in frame rail mounts. Looks like he did a crossmember swap and cut those mounts out. I've never done an LS swap. I've included a link as well to that forums LS parts section. https://www.67-72chevytrucks.com/vbo...play.php?f=247 Anymore photos of your truck and does it still have the early hood?

I appreciate your feedback! As far as the hood, I went with the 64. But I have the 60 hood here, and it is in great condition. I added some pics of my truck as well.

Have you ever heard of how to eat carp? First you get a board the size of the fish... Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, and rosemary to the board, then lay the fish on it. Then stick the whole thing in the oven at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Finally, pull it out of the oven, throw the fish away, and eat the board.
